Chelsea M. Augelli brings a breadth of experience in divorces, common-law marriages, complex financial matters, allocation of parental responsibilities cases, parenting disputes, and post-decree child support and maintenance issues. She is a Board Member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and a Co-Chair of its Public Policy Committee.
Kaela Zihlman’s practice consists of domestic relations cases, including cases with complex financial issues, the valuation of businesses and professional practices, trusts, and the allocation of parental responsibilities. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Colorado Bar Association and is a member of the Executive Council for the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
Chelsea and Kaela have significant experience working on Colorado legislative issues and are Co-Chairs of the Legislative Committee for the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law Section. In this role, they work with lawmakers, members of the public, and other members of the legal community to assist the legislature in developing Colorado laws that will impact families across the state.
